If you’ve received a faulty item, please send photos of the issue to our customer service team at sales@primosportsuk.co.uk. If the fault is confirmed, we’ll cover the return costs. Refunds are processed once the item has been inspected, and replacements will be sent if available.
At times, we may be awaiting stock to fulfil your entire order. If this happens, we’ll issue a full refund for any items we’re unable to send. Please note that orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate deliveries. For non-preorder items, please contact us with your order number for updates. You can also track your parcel using Royal Mail’s tracking service with the tracking number provided.

If your item(s) are out of stock at the time of packing, we will cancel the affected items and issue a refund. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment method.
